Standing in front of khan haveli after 15 years Azaan is so happy. He had shifted to France because of studies and after completing the studies he started working there. That's why he is not come from France but now his brother is going to married that's why he shifted back to Karachi.
He is the owner of the A.K. hotels and CEO of the khan ltd. Everyone respect his decision and he is the man of power. He is hot tempered person. He love his family and handles his business.
He is happy for his brother Ayaan who is getting married to the person he loves. When he entered the hall everyone is already gather there.
His deep voice boom in the hall, "Asallamalaikum"
Without wasting any minute salma khan run to his son and took him in hug. She started crying and said, "kitne time bad dekha hai tuje. Bohot der kardi aane me." ( I have seen you after so many years. Why did you come this late.)
Azaan knows how much her mother loves him. "Ab aa gaya hu na ab nahi jaunga aap rona band karde." ( Now I'm not going anywhere so don't cry.)
One by one everyone meet him except Zaid and Zain. Allah knows how much they are scared to see their bhaijaan. To whom they call jallad bhaijaan.
When they see that everyone meet him and everyone are waiting for them to greet Azaan than suddenly zaid blurt out in nervousness, " Bhaijaan aap bohot jaldi aa gaye." ( You came very early.)
Azaan raise his eyebrows at them and said, " Kyu? Nahi aana tha kya? Ya fir aap se puch k aana tha? " ( Why? I don't have to come here? Or I have to come after asking you?)
Zain said, "nahi bhaijaan hamara matlab tha or jaldi aa jate." (No, we meant to say you should have come early.)
Zaid said with his fake tears, " Haa bhaijaan aap ko hum bohot Miss karte the or aap ko pata hai hum kitna rote the aap ko yad kar ke." (Yes. You know we miss you so much and we also cry when we used to miss you.)
"Acha mene to suna hai tum dono mere piche bohot khush the. " (really but I have heard that you both are very happy when I was not here.)
Zaid and Zain face become pale. They both said together, " Kasam se bhaijaan jisne bhi aap ko ye khabar di hai wo bilkul jutha hai." ( Promise. Whoever give you this news in lying to you.)
Everyone burst into laughter after seeing the situation of twins. Azaan took both of them in brotherly hug.
"Sachi bhaijaan hamne aap ko or aap ki maar ko bohot Miss Kiya." (Really. We always miss you and your beating.)
"Koi bat nahi ab to me yahi hu ache se tum dono ko sudharne ke liye." (Don't worry. Now I'm here only. Now I will make sure to teach you both lessons.)
Salma khan said, "chalo Azaan pehele tum kuch khalo. Aaj sab tumhari pasand ka bana hai." ( Let's go Azaan. First you should eat something. Today every food is of your liking. )
" Jee Ammi pehle me dadajaan se mil aata hu. " ( Yes ammi. First I will go and meet dadajaan. )
After saying he went to his room. His room is still clean and neat even after so many years. He fresh up and change his clothes. And then go to meet his dadajaan in his room.
He clear his throat and grab his attention and said, "assalamualaikum dadajaan."
"Walaikumassalam bache." Said his grandfather. Hafiz khan is a strict old man who likes to control people specially his family.
"Aap thak gaye honge itne lambe safar se jaye jaa kar kuch kha le fir aaram kare." ( You must be tired from long journey go eat something and then rest.)
"Jee dadajaan"
After meeting his dadajaan he is thinking how much his dadajaan like to control people and how much stubborn he is but he is also his grandson that's why he is also stubborn and take his life decisions himself. No one force any decision on him because he is man with power. Whole khan family knew that. His dadajaan try to make decisions of his life but he do what he wants.
After coming in the dining room, Azaan saw whole dining table is decorated with his favourite dishes. The food's smell is mouth watering. After taking seat he serve himself and he internally moan at first bite of food. The food is so tasty. But he does not going to say it to anyone. Because he is cold hearted and strict person.
He loves his ammi abbu and siblings. He respect everyone in the family. Everyone knew how much short tempered person he is. One wrong doing and he will show you his worst side.
But today he wants to know who made this food. Because he know in his whole family no one made testy food. He was eating his food when his friend Ahad malik who is sitting beside him eating the food like someone will stole the all food from his plate. And said, "Khana bohot hi laziz hai, kisne banaya hai? Asa laziz khana to mene kabhi nahi khaya."
He asked all this because he knew his friend love the food and want to know who made this food but he will never going to ask this. Ahad malik is Azaan's only friend and best friend. They know each other from there school time. They both share great bond with eachother.
Zoya immediately answer with excitement, " ye sara khana Afrin ne banaya hai. Puri haveli me usse acha khana koi nahi bana sakta. "
Azaan who was busy in eating gazar ka halva pause for some second because her name caught his attention then again start eating.
He knew his two cousins Hafza and Mahira is shamelessly staring at him and he is feeling very disgust with their staring. He also notice they did not wear any proper clothes. Also their chunni is not on their head . It's just lying on their shoulders carelessly. They are eyeing him infront of whole family. He knew that girls drool over him but he never paid any attention to them. He knew his cousins have a crush on him but he had told them before going to France that he saw them like sister. If there were not elder sitting there, then he would have given them good peace of mind. He also know how his chachijaans want one of their daughter to marry him for his property and power but no way in the hell he will marry these shameless cartoon. He respect his chachu that's why he is tolerating them because he doesn't want his chachu to feel ashamed.
After eating everyone is sitting in living room they were chatting with each other when a voice boom in khan haveli, " Assalamualaikum everyone. "
That caught Azaan attention. He look at 5 year old boy who is running in his abbu's direction. Who is the boy only that question run in his mind.
Ali said with happiness, " Mamujaan I win 1st award in drawing competition."
"Good mamu ki jaan."
Azaan is thinking who is this adorable boy. When suddenly Ali's eyes caught Azaan and he made his way towards Azaan and stood infront of him. Ali asked, "aap bare Bhaijaan hai??"
Azaan eyes soften seeing little boy happiness and said, " jee or aap kon hai? "
"My name is Ali Shaikh. Bhaijaan bare mamu always talk about you."
"Really baby."
Ali said with the angry pout, "Don't call me baby bhaijaan. I'm 5 years old. I'm not a baby."
Everyone burst into laughter seeing little boy anticts.
Ayaan always treat Ali and Afrin like his kid. Ayaan said, "come on Ali, show us your award. We all want to see it."
"No I will not show that to anyone."
"Why?"
"Because I will show it to my Afrin appi first then others."
With that Ali run inside. That name once again caught his attention. Azaan looked at his parents silently asking with his eyes. He want to know who is Afrin and that little boy Ali.
Azaan is coming from his parents room. His father told him that his phupho and phupha is dead and there was no one to look after 15 years old girl and a few months old little boy. So his father brought them here to live. He feels pity on them only if he knew it's all is Allah's planning. He never meet his phupho.
He is going to garden when he saw that one of old room in the way is not locked. No one live in this corridor because there is only two small rooms are there. His feet drag him to the room to check who open this room.
When he open the door, he was stunned and forget to breath seeing a young girl whose head is wrap in hijab doing her namaz. She is looking so beautiful just like angle and she is wearing a pink kurti pant. Her back was facing him. He can only see her half face but still he can see that this girl is very beautiful.
After coming out of his thoughts, he close the door and come into the garden for some fresh air. The garden is also changed. There is variety of flowers and plants. He loves plants when he live here. He always takes care of them but he thought that the garden would be destroyed by now. But he is happy after seeing the beautiful garden.
He come to his room and laid on the bed but everytime he close his eyes the girl in hijab come infront of him. He also wants to know who she is and why she is living in that small room.
